I absolutely hate buying cars and will do just about anything to avoid it. After a disappointing experience with Carvana, I was honestly dreading starting the process again. I’m so thankful we decided to give Thomas & Son Inc. a chance. From the moment we walked in, everyone exceeded our expectations. There was no haggling, no pressure, and no sales tactics just a warm welcome, genuine kindness, and get this, they listened to what WE wanted! They made the entire car-buying process quick, easy, and stress-free. This was my daughter’s very first car, so it was incredibly important to me that we found the right vehicle and worked with people we could trust. Thomas & Son Inc. came highly recommended by so many people in our community, and now I completely understand why. Even after the purchase, they have continued to answer our questions and have been there whenever we’ve needed them. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. They’ve earned customers for life…not just from our family, but from our friends as well. If you’re looking for an honest, pressure-free car-buying experience, I can’t recommend Thomas & Son Inc. enough!

I absolutely love our new Dodge Caravan. Thomas and son sales rep Trevor is very knowldegable and trustworthy. I got to meet Thomas himself who is also very kind and made sure we left the lot very happy. I have never had a good experience with car sales before, so this made all of the difference. On the plus side it's not a lemon. I've had bad luck with people selling me awful cars. One man sold me a Ford hatchback that was duct taped and zipped tied together. I had to cut my losses and just give it back. So thank you so much Thomas and son for being a reliable and trustworthy car company. You dont see many of them nowadays so thank you.
